Britton Hobbs grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where he knew from a young age that he wanted to be a part of the legal profession. He is a third-generation graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. After attending OSU, Britton had a law enforcement career before being recruited to work for a leading surgical device corporation as an interoperative surgical consultant.
After ten years in surgical consulting, Britton decided to realize his dream of earning a law degree and was accepted to Oklahoma City University School of Law. There, he continued working while attending law school in the evening as a prestigious merit scholar. Britton graduated from OCU School of Law in the top one-third of his class, earning various academic distinctions, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award®, while also serving as an officer of the Student Bar Association.
Britton and his wife Candace have two children. They are involved in their church and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
Britton’s unique life experience gives him a rare insight into wills, trusts, estate planning, business planning/formation, probate, asset protection, trust administration, contract negotiations, and real estate transactions.
